We are an online platform for Maid Insurance Packages in Singapore.  Employers are required to purchase a maid (FDW) Security Bond, Medical Hospitalization Insurance before coming into Singapore. We provide both new and renewal of the Security Bond and Medical Insurance. We also offer Philippines Embassy Bond, Indonesia Embassy Bond and Run Away Indemnity.  We can assist on the renewal of Work Permit, Direct Hiring and Repatriation of maids, workers.  We offer AXA MAID Insurance and  LONPAC MAID Insurance.  We do our best to upload your purchased within 24 hours on a working day (MOM system upload 9am to 5pm on working days except Saturday 9am to 12pm).

OUR HISTORY AND COMMITMENT

Maids & Manpower Agency LLP have been in operations since 2009, offering Maids Insurance, Manpower and Maid Services. We cater primarily to the Singapore Market, serving our customers with the niche capabilities, innovative solutions, competive low operating costs. We are an authorised Trade Specific Agent (TSA / GIAS C003472).  

Our products are primarily focus on MAID INSURANCE.  Due to the pandemic covid-19, we have recommended most customers to purchase a $30,000 hospitalization medical insurance which costs $100 more at a low costs of S$358 premium for 2 years coverage, compared with the $15,000 hospitalization medical insurance at S$258.

HLA

We accept cheque payments (non urgent), payable to Maids & Manpower Agency LLP and or PAYNOW or PAYLAH 81886380 (urgent cases). 

POLICY CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. In the event of termination of the Domestic Foreign Worker / maid employment or Work Permit with the Employer in Singapore, the cover ceases automatically from the date of the Letter of Discharge from the Ministry of Manpower.

2.  The policy refund varies between LONPAC, AXA..  

3.  Normally, if the FDW is not able to fly into Singapore within the sitpulated timeline of IPA validity and or if the IPA is cancelled, we shall refund in full, the amount that you paid for the FDW (Maid) Security Bond and Medical Insurance.

4.   The refund period normally takes 30 days or less.  Refunds are paid to the employer listed on the maid's policy.
